There is a hole / cut in the heel of new shoe despite my messages and email to send me shoes with no defects. Pictures were shared in WhatsApp.
Your guy on WhatsApp is not ready to accept the fault and asked to send the shoe back first and then he would send me a new pair.
In all brands, the practice is that new pair is despatched immediately in case of issue and the courier person collect defective piece since it has already been paid.
Apart from wasting my time, the customer service person needs to learn how to handle customers.
Not placing any order in future.
